Dr. Di Silvestro saved my husbands life. My husband had a very rare autoimmune disease, TTP, that shut down his kidneys and caused him to be on dialysis. Dr. Di Silvestro is very professional, more than competent, kind and caring. He was very honest about my husbands chances of survival, and did everything possible to give him the very best care. Today, my husband is strong and healthy. Dr. Di Silvestro is amazing and we are forever grateful to him!
