Dr. Deramo was rude and curt in his demeanor. He did not explain my diagnosis and tell me what he was injecting into my eye. I asked, “What is my diagnosis?”He replied,” I can’t talk when I’m about to give an injection.” He said more words than it would have taken to say branch vein occlusion. ...more

I have been a patient with Dr Deramo since 3/17 he is professional, yet real. Explains procedures extensively and answers all questions no matter how silly they may seem. He repaired my retinal detachment with a victrectomy surgery that unfortunately for me I had to have two procedures a week...more

He is a wonderful doctor, this review is limited solely to his office staff, they are surly, vindictive, nasty and just plain dumb about insurances. Routinely I have to wait over an hour, even when I book the first appointment.

Mr. Deramo is no doctor!  He has been treating my mother who amongst many medical issues suffers from macula degeneration disease. In a effort to get my mother the help that she desperately needs such as counseling for the blind she needed to be declared legally blind which he refused to give her....more
