Patient Reviews (6)
New York, NY |
Waited over 45 minutes to see Dr. Modi only to have him come in and seem annoyed by any questions we asked. I agree with many other reviews. He is extremely condescending & the visit is very rushed. Had the same experience with him a few years back with my other child.
in New York, NY |
After being told by several pediatricians and another pediatric ENT that our child's laryngomalacia was not severe and would eventually go away, Dr. Modi immediately diagnosed it as severe and got us proper testing to confirm such within days. He then moved heaven and earth to get an emergency supraglottoplasty scheduled. He performed the surgery which was successful and now our child is breathing easy. Dr. Modi was a consummate professional throughout the process. We heartily recommend him.
in New York, NY |
Dr. Modi is extremely knowledgeable and takes many steps before recommending surgery. I felt very confident that my son is in the best hands with Dr. Modi.
New York, NY |
My son waited an hour to see this doctor and after he couldn't sit still any longer my husband took him home without seeing him. Totally unprofessional.
in Sunnyside, NY |
One of the worst doctors we have ever been to. Bad attitude towards parents, he pretends to know everything. He is very condescending. He sent us to 4 ultrasounds, only to come back and send us for more. Long wait times in the office. Would not recommend him. There are better doctors with more pleasant bed side manner in this city.
in NYC, NY |
We saw him 2 times. - long waiting time - not prepared for the visit (= has not reviewed the results of previous tests which means and additional 1hr and half of wait) - perform non reimbursed procedure without warning patients - charge for non performed procedures (also non reimbursed) which is medical billing fraud - ineffective staff, non responsive (does return call), does not fix issues but send files to debt collection agencies
