I was transferred to Arkansas heart hospital from a smaller hospital. I was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. Dr Raja ran all kinds of test and confirmed the diagnosis. He told me he would be as honest as possible and told me he would not touch me with the procedure that i needed and would not want me seen by anyone other than the Mayo Clinic. He got me referred and I went for me surgery in Rochester Minnesota and I am currently in the recovery process. Thank you Dr. Raja for taking care of me while being in the hospital and for sending me to get my heart fixed. May God Bless You!!

I had a heart attack on Labor Day weekend (September 7, 2020) and was fortunate that Dr. Raja was working that weekend. He inserted 2 stents that Saturday and I went home on Sunday. I had full blockage and one of the stents was placed in the collateral vessel that had bypassed the blockage naturally. I returned September 30, 2020 to try and clear the blockage for a more permanent fix. Both times as well as in his office Dr. Raja was very thorough and took all the time necessary to make me comfortable with each procedure prior to each hospital admission. I feel I was blessed to have Dr. Raja treating me and would not hesitate and have not hesitated fully recommending him to friends and family.

Dr. Raja was recommended to me by another doctor, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone. He was very thorough in explaining my condition and the treatments available to me. He never seems rushed and will always listen to any concerns you have.

He saw my mother in Arkansas Heart Hospital, his bed side manners were terrible. Hope your loved ones don’t have to go to the hospital on a holiday weekend, as this doctor told us he didn’t know her case and was just keeping her alive.

Dr. Raja rounded on my mother this past Labor Day weekend at the Heart Hospital. What he told my mom and family still leaves me angry! He said he was not her normal doctor (like we didn’t already know that) and not familiar with my mom’s history and was just the doctor to keep my mom alive this weekend. Raja Maybe you should have said your the Dr that WOULD have to be the one who had to perform any life saving measures, but Raja God is keeping her alive... not you or any other Dr!! 2. I’m pretty sure that you needs to be as familiar with all patients and treat them & their families with as much care and respect as ANYONE, no matter who they are.

Dr. Raja is one of the best Heart Dr.'s in the State of Arkansas. Sadly, I was misdiagnosed by my previous Heart Dr. & went to Dr. Raja in hopes of trying to find out what was wrong. I had a 100% calcified heart valve. I had open heart surgery at the Arkansas Heart Hospital in less than a week. I truly believe that Dr. Raja was VERY instrumental in saving my life.
