Care Philosophy

Our goals are to provide spinal care with the least amount of risk to our patients. We are trained in both minimally invasive and major reconstructive spinal surgery. We obtained this unique training by completing two different fellowships in spinal surgery instead of the traditional single fellowship; one in minimally invasive spinal treatment and one in major reconstructive spinal treatment.

Dr. Hayes has performed two surgeries on me (neck and back). They were both successful, what I like about Dr. Hayes is he is upfront with his patients regarding his findings and explains the procedures in detail. I would recommend Dr. Hayes to anyone needing back and neck surgery.

After weeks of trying to book an appointment, being told daily someone would call me back to book an appointment only to never even once have someone call me back, I have given up on this facility. I would...Read More
