Family physician referred me and could not get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Called back months later and was told the Dr Diaz was not taking on new elbow patients. They offered me an "after hours" appointment on a "cash only" basis. What kind of back room operator is this? I have great insurance. This is bad policy. Why the covert meeting?

I was a patient of hers maybe 5 years ago and I did like her. However, when my problem flared up again and I called for an appointment. I was told point blankly that they were not accepting any new hand patients. No we are back logged and can't give you an appointment until such and such a date - just we are at capacity. The receptionist was not particularly pleasant or helpful. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.

After my injury in December, I tried getting an appointment with numerous doctors including Dr Diaz and was told I had to wait one to two months. Dr Diaz's office called me within a week with a cancellation. Dr Diaz answered all my questions and scheduled me for surgery within 4 days. She saw me in recovery, called my husband and explained everything then followed up with me the next day. Two weeks later when I went in to get my stitches out, she gave me a complete timeline of my recovery, showed my how to do exercises before my physical therapy began, and answered all my questions in a professional, yet caring manner. I also cannot say enough about how wonderful the office staff, and the extensive amount of literature explaining my procedure and follow-up information. I would highly recommend Dr Diaz to anyone who is having orthopedic issues with his or her hand, elbow, or shoulder.

Saw Doctor Diaz for a variety of hand and shoulder issues- We made a plan immediately and set it in action- referrals, follow ups and scheduled surgery. Dr. Diaz and her staff are first class-- the doctor exhibits the 4 C's: concern, compassion, confidence and [extremely] competent. I have two surgeries w/ Dr. Diaz in the past on trigger fingers and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Dr. Diaz. I live in Upstate NY and scheduled an evaluation with Dr. Diaz for February 10, 2020 fully expecting to have to return to NY and return to Florida if she was even able to help me. Not only was she able to perform the procedure she said give her five minutes and she would be able to do it then. Her staff was outstanding, I prepped and Dr. Diaz got to work. I loved her interaction and so called bedside manner as she was doing the procedure. When finished she set me up with a hand therapist Tuesday, I got fitted for a splint, and was on a plane headed home Wednesday. For the first time in many years I have full use of my hand. Thank you Dr. Diaz! Could not have had a better experience or outcome.

Dr. Diaz is amazing! She shows so much concern for her patients and explains everything so well. She did carpal tunnel surgery, and I have had no more problems. I fell during all this COVID -19 virus on the weekend and broke wrist requiring surgery. She set up surgery with being extremely cautious about protecting from germs. I cannot say enough good about her. Thank you, Dr. Diaz, for caring and doing such excellent work!

We have lived in Jupiter for 18 years. I apologize to this talented Dr.(Diaz) for never writing a review before. First, for her above and beyond assistance concerning my daughter (J) several years ago and most recently for my son (S ). If there was another star available it also would have been clicked.

I have been treated several times over the years by Dr. Diaz and can truly say she is an amazing doctor! She diagnosed my rotator cuff tear prior to my MRI, while another doctor said I was fine and had me lifting weights in PT. Her expertise is phenomenal! Dr. Diaz and her staff truly care about their patients!

I need to see an Orthopedic Doctor for my shoulder and she was recommended. Called the office and they set up an appointment. While making the appointment they tell me I have a $40 co pay. Awesome!! But then they say I must pay first one time patient set up fee of $100. I make the appointment and they send me a confirmation with a portal to type in all of my history, insurance and personal info. I cancelled appointment on internet after more thought as I am disgusted with $100 fee for first time patient. Doing less and charging more is not good business. If this is how they do business I am very concerned about future billing that will come later down the road. Bad trend to set this fee up. We as patients have the right to say "Next please" So I will find a Doctor and get help but not Dr Diaz... Shame on you! Dr Diaz

Dr.Diaz as well as her staff were phenomenal. From the time of my visit up until it was over. Runs on time, love the fact that they're electonic and everything is done on tablet. Dr.Diaz has an engaging personality and actually cares for her patients. She explained the options I had with no hesitation, let me know what was my best option for the issue I was seeing her for. I suffered from a stubborn case of Golfer’s elbow that kept me from my hobbie of competing in tennis tournaments for 4 years. I tried just about all of the non invasive treatments out there without success. The serving motion was the culprit. The recovery time was longer than expected and I had some set backs along the way, however, I am happy to report that I have made a full 100% recovery 10 months after the surgery and have achieved a top 10 ranking in the state Florida for my division.
