It’s a bit disappointing when they call you that your appointment is no longer in person and they notify you a hour before your appointment time rather than the day before. Some of us live 45min away and an earlier notice would suffice.

Staff is so rude! Me and my husband were waiting for a long time and as we were waiting, I hear a staff member telling another patient their appointment was cancelled but was never notified. Of course the patient would be frustrated and anger and has every right to, but the staff member was so rude and just say “bye, have a nice day”. Never apologized and just laughed about it. Most unprofessional medical office I’ve ever seen.

My visit...I walk in, check in, sit down and within a few minutes, my name is called. I get weighed and then my blood pressure is taken. His assistant wants to know the reason for the visit. Soon after the assistant leaves, Dr. Mo walks in with a pleasant smile. He discusses the results of my lab tests. He answers my questions. I don't feel like another "number". I walk out when our session is over. Overall I feel that Dr. Mo really does care about his patients.

I love this office and staff and doctor and nurse practitioner. I see myself as a picky person when it comes to doctors and this stuff to me is the best. I'm in and out of there they always take care of any concerns requests answers appointments that I need point on. It never takes them more than a day to get me in. I just wish they would add their fax number to their website :-)
