This place is ridiculous. They rescheduled me 2 times and then called and said that they needed to reschedule again. Office lady that called was Diane. She then calls day before my appointment and states that she doubts I will show up tomorrow and they are canceling me all together. I have agoraphobia which clearly the office staff is unfamiliar with. The reschedules I have were because of them!!! This place is ridiculous and the office staff is ghetto trash. Raising her voice and telling me other people had more important issues. Best believe I will be reaching out to an attorney because this is not good for my mental health. I cannot believe office staff treat their patients like this. This lady made me reschedule twice the past week because my doctor left early and then she had the audacity to laugh at me and say I bet you won’t come tomorrow!!! This office is horrible. People that need help, don’t get it. If you call do not speak to the hoodrat Diane. It is pointless.

This is the shadiest doctors office I’ve ever been to. The building is run down and falling apart. They don’t tell you this, but you have to see a social worker first before making an appointment with an actual phsycholigist. Their staff is disorganized and unprofessional. They treat their patients like common criminals by drug testing them on every visit. Do not go here for help. They are terrible.

She doesnt listen or care about her patients. You sit waiting to be seen for two hours and then she just hands you your prescription. She doesnt even ask how you are doing. The office is also very run down and gross. I will be finding another doctor.

This practice was very shady and the facility run down. Dr Booker could not have acted less interested. We filled out a lot of paperwork that she didn't read. She answered her phone twice while we were in her office. I do not trust her decisionmaking, mostly because I don't think she listened to, or cared about, a word we said. We waited several months for this appointment but it was for nothing. To top it off, she said she would follow up with an appropriate referral elsewhere but never did.
