I have been to a variety of physicians in an attempt to resolve my lower back pain. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Ortiz! She actually listened to me and was very empathetic! (Many of the doctors I have seen were very abrupt and condescending.) She was very thorough. Her diagnosis and treatment plan were excellent. I am feeling better now than I have in years. I am so grateful to Dr. Ortiz. The Front Desk is excellent, also!

After suffering from chronic pain for more than 20 years, I finally found the right pain management doctor and clinic. Combination of medications and several treatments have been successful in controlling pain levels, rather than narcotics. Very satisfied.
