I had my thyroid removed and needed to see Dr. Hadam for proper medication. I called her office 5 times, never had a person answer the phone. I always left a voice message. Her receptionist never returned calls on a timely basis. My ENT wanted me to be seen soon, he called the office, and I never got a call about an earlier appointment. I figure that it was so hard to get a response from the office, I cancelled my appointment for mid May. Happy to state I saw another doctor this morning.

I’ve seen Dr. Hadam for almost 10 years for a family history of Graves. Over 17 or 18 appointments I’ve only waited more than 15 min. once. She has a pleasant, fun manner and is thorough in her exams but conservative in her treatment (she won’t put someone on thyroid medication just because they’ve gained weight and are feeling tired, no matter what the internet says.) She takes a whole body approach to health, and keeps after me to have annual physicals and other routine tests. A great doctor!

Dr. Hadam is a wonderful Doctor. She is personable and caring. Dr. Hadam listens and provides advice. I find each visit to be informative and motivating. I appreciate Dr. Hadam and her concern for my well being. And I know this is not an exception as my wife visited Dr. Hadam and received the same wonderful care.

Hands down one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Is very upfront and straight forward. Has a great attitude and goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure her patients are seen and cared for. I would never see another endocrinologist.

Not great at all! Phone staff was exceptional - that's it. Otherwise the whole visit was terrible. I needed to be seen by Doctor Hadam (referral by another physician) for a recent discovery of Thyroid cysts & Goiters. Needless to say I was very interested in what was going on with me & I felt that my time spent with her was a waste. She answered no questions, and cut me off when I tried to talk about my current health. Just sent me for bloodwork & she left the room. Deskstaff very rude!!

She's always late! I waited for 70 minutes this LAST time I went and I walked out. The previous appts. were at least 30 minutes late, but this last one was totally unacceptable.

Dr Hadam was blinded by her own ignorance of atypical cases. She has deeply held beliefs that she claimed were based on research but she just ignores the research that shows otherwise. Patients don't need to be shamed by bad doctors. I fired her and found a better endocrinologist. She kept writing in my chart that I was doing better, when, in fact, I kept feeling much worse because she yanked me off the compounded prescription I'd been taking for years. She needs to see the big picture.
