Care Philosophy

As a sports orthopedic surgeon, I mostly help people complaining of pain or problems of their shoulders and knees. I try to provide a conservative caring approach, and try to get patients better with a combination of non surgical means including physical therapy, medicines, or injections. However for patients not improving by those means, I provide efficient, safe, caring surgical care at our surgical center or our local hospital.Read more

I went to Dr Inzerillo with a knee injury. I had to ask for an MRI during my 3 minutes visit. Had MRI, went back for results. During 2 minutes visit I was told I had a fracture, very minor, no ligament tears. He said, don't use crutches, do whatever you want, stop if it hurts. No PT and said no follow up. I obtained my own copy of the MRI and I have a complete ligament tear along with a fracture. Quack Quack. How is this man still allowed to practice?

Didn't listen to patient. Misread the mri, missed a torn mcl, then denied he missed it. Besides being incompetent, has no bedside manor. A failure at his job.
in Monticello, NY |
Quite incompetent or just likes to waste patients' time. I went to him for a second opinion on a locked knee after arthroscopic surgery and less than 2 min evaluating my problem, not really paying attention to my limited ROM or any of the other issues, he concluded sciatica without even checking my spine or lower back. So, here I am after a third opinion and a second surgery...there was torn medial meniscus, loose body in the joints, partial ACL tear and synovitis/tenosynovitis. Definitely nothi
