This review is more for the office than it is for dr. Ali. I just don't know how to leave a review for the office: I have visited this office for a year. I even sent my parents to this office. Dr. Ali is excellent but the office manager is not. About a year ago I change my personal phone number. Six months ago, I received my appointment notification via email and I made my appointment without any problem. However, recently one day after my scheduled appoint I received an email stating I missed my appointment and needed to pay the $50 no show fee. I informed the very nice assistant that I did not receive the email notification of my appointment and I missed it because I was not reminded of the appointment as I had been reminded in the past. She refused to reschedule until the $50 fee was paid, but agreed to speak with the office manager. Pleasant doctor. Her receptionist who has a British accent is rude. I forgot my referral and she said without it I could not see the Dr. I suggested she call my primary to get it. She asked if I had the number and I looked it up for her. Maybe they should pay me to do her job.

I just loved her. She listened to me. She told me something about myself that make me so happy. I felt so relieved when I left her office. She wrote a perscription for me that will help me in the future. I am so glad that I went to her for a diagnosis. I would recommend Dr. Ali to friends and family.
