Dr. Srikumaran was clear and thorough with his evaluation and injury management. Also of great value to me was Dr. Srikumaran’s (with the assistance of Laura his PA ) help navigating through the maze of Workmen’s Comp. W. C. dragged their feet delaying treatment and P. T. While suggesting Opioids and Injections in their place. Thank you Dr. Srikumaran and Laura Galbraith and JohnsHopkins for prevailing, and treating my injury rather than drowning it in pain killers.

In 2019, I was a Johns Hopkins Pain Clinic patient. My pain doctor, Doctor Doshi, referred me to Doctor Uma Srikumaran after the discovery of possible shoulder injuries. Doctor Doshi referred me to Doctor Srikumaran for an evaluation of my right shoulder. I found Doctor Srikumaran to be smart, knowledgeable, caring, highly educated, professional, and thorough. I tried physical therapy first, which didn't help in my case, so I was scheduled for surgery on February 12, 2020. The surgery went very well. I think Doctor Srikumaran did an excellent job with my surgery. I am not in much pain at all. At every step of the process of evaluating my shoulder for injuries, I was treated exceptionally well by Doctor Srikumaran and his staff. I couldn't be more pleased with the way that I was treated and how Doctor Srikumaran helped me. I think very highly of the doctor and highly recommend him.

Dr. Stikumaran firs one of my rotator cuffs a few years ago. He and his staff did an excellent job. So when it was time to repair my other rotator cuff, there was only one choice for me, Dr. Srikumaran. His surgical skill, listening skills and excellent patient communications brought me great relief and an excellent outcome with my first repair. I would and have recommended to my friends and family.

I was in so much pain from Rotary Cuff Tendinitis on my left shoulder; to the point I felt depressed from lack of being able to do anything because of my shoulder. Dr. Srikumaran determined I would benefit from a Cortisone shot. He cleaned the injection area and gently administered the medicine. I immediately felt relief after the injection. It has been a week since I had the injection and my shoulder is improving each day. Hopefully I will be 100 percent pain free really soon. I am so grateful Dr. Srikumaran was able to assist me with my problem.

I has Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement the end of October, 2019. In addition to severe pain prior to the surgery, my rotator cuff was torn. Dr S conveyed how the rotator cuff no longer was working post surgery & now my deltoid muscles would be the primary muscles. All the info he provided gave me an opportunity to b a partner & therefore, I felt valued!!

He did an awesome job repairing my shoulder after a serious fall this last year!! He and his staff are kind and friendly and he gave me all the time I needed to explain the surgery and after care. He took me on when I was told I should live my severe clavicle separation and never told me it couldn’t be done. I highly recommend him and his staff anytime to anyone with shoulder issues. He’s the BEST in my book! ??

Tore my rotator cuff and bicep. Dr. Srikumaran diagnosed/performed the surgery in a very timely fashion. After therapy/time, I'm better than new. Just a quick sidenote. His entire staff from his office co-ordinator to his surgical resident and fellow were beyond exemplary. Every interaction made me feel like I was their only patient. Every person who's complained of shoulder pain to me is given Dr. Srikumaran's number, if needed. Thank you
