Terrible that she abuses the title of medical doctor. 5 minutes in exam room, I picked up my purse to walk out on her because of her highly abusive verbal manner. She literally yelled at me to set down that I was only there for my own good. No records on hand, misdiagnosis, terrible terrible person.

Terrible Dr. Reads off of a computer what symptoms are, always says didn't get reports, told me I had RA without tests - not even close to what was wrong. That's just the beginning of my complaints. Not enough room for all. Do not go to this Dr. EVER. I'm reporting to AMA and my insurance company.

If I could give no star I would! This woman is cold and has no bedside manner! I had to change doctors! I don't know how anyone can stay her patient! Even her staff is cold just like her! Stay away!!!

She is very rude, impatient , unwelcoming and rushy. She does not explain herself. She appears to be totally unaware that we as patients are not doctors like we are less than. She gets very annoyed when she's asked anything almost like she gets offended that you are asking her and she makes you feel like you are bothering her by being there. There are plenty of other rheumatoid specialist / doctors maybe she is unaware of that.

As a nurse I know physicians. She makes good fast appropriate decisions.
in Sierra Vista, AZ |
Dr. Tok listened to my concerns attentively during my visits and answered all of my questions in an understandable way. She ordered all available appropriate tests to ascertain my condition. She was very efficient and serious about working with me to discover the cause of my symptoms. I have complete trust in Dr. Tok. I recognized and appreciated her professional area of expertise, and she treated me well as a patient.

She has turned from the best Doctor I have ever had, into my worst nightmare. I sat for half an hour to find out they cancelled my appointment by mistake and cannot see me today. What a waste of time. She sets off flares in my body because of the stress she creates.

Was giving me medication for something I didn't even have diagnosed me with lupus I went to see my primary care doctor who has asked for my medical records and they will not answer or get back to him. We are going already on a month trying he wants to see why she was doing blood test and why she was giving me the medication she was. Note this medication was making so sick, sicker then i had ever been . I would not recommend anyone to her she's rude and really doesn't know how to diagnose any1

Dr. Tok is a wonderful doctor. Shes very proactive and knowledgeable and is the right kind of aggressive. I plan to continue my relationship with her. I'm very happy and grateful to have her in my corner. She listens well and acts fast. I definitely recommend her.
in Tucson, AZ |
Dr. Tok diagnosed me with lupus, and wrote me a prescription. She wanted to see me in 3 months to see if I was improving. The three months passed and I went back. She completely forgot that she had diagnosed me with lupus, and then re-diagnosed me with lupus and wrote another prescription. She was unable to answer any of the questions I had about the disease, and wasn't very friendly about it either. Save your time, don't see this doctor.
in Tucson, AZ |
During my final visit, she humiliated me, blaming my continuing problems on something being wrong with me that is outside of her scope of treatment. My other doctors suspect I was mis-diagnosed. When I brought information or pictures for her to view, she wouldn't even look at it. She never listened to me and couldn't remember the details from the prior visits. She is incredibly rude and rushes out as soon as possible. She seems overworked and overwhelmed.
in Tucson, AZ |
She is curt, but has diagnosed me well. The biggest problem is that her office is a disaster! Trying to get refills is worse than pulling hen's teeth! It is very hard to deal with this when refills are needed. I'm looking around for a more patient-friendly doctor!
in Tucson, AZ |
Yes she is rushed at times but she is the only rheumatologist that has helped me.
in Tucson, AZ |
She may be a good doctor (knowledge wise and thorough), but her bedside manner is the worst I've almost ever experienced in 64 years! She is extremely rushed, very curt, and rude. Very little warmth or friendliness comes from this lady. If I can find another nearby rheumatologist I will.
in Hereford, AZ |
Terrible saw her over year touched me one time very rude found new doctor
in Amado AZ |
she is quick to checking you out(physically) she is pleasant and when she is not rushing about she knows her stuff. She could use a better office manager to help her with her time that she gives to her patients. Perhaps she could see fewer patients and give her current patients alittle more attention. I like the woman.
