Great staff and doctor
in Coal valley, IL |
dr. cobb is an amazing surgeon. I had carpel tunnel release procedure done on both hands within a week of each other. My surgery pain was minimal. My recovery time was fast. He called personally both times to see how I was doing. The surgery center was amazing as well. I have never had such a great experience with surgery or hospitals.I feel he is definitely the best surgeon and I couldn't be happier with my results. Thank you!

Great experience
I've never met Dr Cobb. I've had 3 scheduled appointments with him but he was not interested enough in me to show up. I would never recommend this dr or office to anyone. Dr Cobb is willing to pass off patients he's never examined onto PA's and nurses. I waited over an hour for all 3 appointments and the office didn't even have my correct name by the second appointment. I've never had a worse experience at a dr and would not have gone back after visit 1 if I wasn't sent there by my work.
Dr. Cobb was preoccupied and only walked in to exam and looked at my ex ray then twisted my elbow a few times to where it hurt then walked out to have his nurse make me a appointment with yet another doctor and the nurse who was very nice told me they would call when they received my results and 2 week now I have not received a call so I called and made my own appointment. ... not to impressed with Dr Cobbs at all

Dr Cobb was thorough in his exam and diagnosis. He explained the whole procedure to me and what to expect after surgery. He was friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. He even called me the same afternoon to check on how I was feeling. I appreciate all the care he gave.
