Dr Troy and her staff, especially Yana were fantastic for my wife and I. My wife was suffering from an invasive ducal carcinoma and everyone at Paradise Coast Breast Specialists were kind, informative and very helpful. Yana was great at helping sort out the insurance company who were being slow. Dr Troy did the surgery and recovery has been better than expected. Great job and thank you all for making such a stressful time so much less stressful.

I can't think of a more knowledgeable doctor. She took time in explaining what was going to happen with my surgery. She was very compassionate and understanding. 5 stars are not enough for her. If I could see only one doctor, she would be the one. She is the best.

I can’t imagine a kinder, more patient, skilled and professional surgeon. Dr. Shell has always been available to me through my journey with breast cancer. And Yana, the manager, held my hand through the process by organizing and scheduling all my appointments with specialists and tests. Thank you Dr Shell and Yana!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was referred to Dr Shell by my Ob/Gyn. I'm so happy he sent me to her, Dr Shell is the warmest, kindest doctor I've ever met. She even came to see me on a Sunday when I ended up in hospital as a result of another doctor's negligence. She is an excellent surgeon - she performed a lumpectomy which healed well and with minimal scarring and I'm happy to say my prognosis is good. If you need a breast doctor, you can't do better than Dr Shell.
