EXCELLENCE
Dr. Scheller has an open-door policy. I have never met a doctor with her level of detailed attention and prompt response. Every email is answered within a couple of hours. Her advice and knowledge are undeniable. She treats patience with respect and love. Her team is exceptional and runs like clockwork. Dr. Scheller is exceptional, and I am truly fortunate to be her patient.

Dr. Scheller is one of the most considerate, patient & thorough doctors I know. She listens to my concerns and questions and never rushes through her appointments. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor and my adult daughter is now her patient as well. I cannot say enough of good things about her. Thank you Dr. Scheller!

Love love love Dr. Scheller. I’ve been a patient of hers for over 18 years. Can’t imagine going to anyone else. Not only is she sweet and gentle but knowledgeable and trustworthy. Yes, it is difficult to get an appointment at times. But worth it if you can wait. I absolutely recommend her.

I was a patient of Dr. Scheller’s since having my first child over 7 years ago, but since I haven’t seen her in a few years due to the fact that I had a baby and she wasn’t delivering babies anymore I am now considered a new patient and she’s not accepting new patients. I liked her a lot but this is poor form for a Doctor, it’s not my fault I had to choose an OB/GYN. Thanks for caring about your patients.

The receptionist is the most offensive and unpleasant person I have ever met, and you cannot avoid dealing with her because she is the only person in the office. I'm not sure why Dr. Scheller continues to employ this horrible person who is so rude and unhelpful to all the patients. I guess Dr. Sheller is ok with her receptionist talking down to women with cancer and hanging up on them when they are attempting to reschedule an appointment. I can no longer see this practice, for the sake of my mental and emotional health I will go somewhere where I am not confronted by a nasty face and attitude every time I need to see my doctor. Shame on this practice, and shame on Dr.Scheller- her employee is a reflection of the doctor herself.

Dr. Scheller was recommended by Leonia Medical Associates. She is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. My mom and I sat in the office to go over my history and what brought me in. The Doctor explained everything and helped coordinate the tests that I needed. She made me feel like a priority and not a nuance.

She's a nice doctor but it takes forever to schedule appointments, you have wait so long to get seen, they charge extra for every little thing, and good luck if you have an emergency trying to get them to squeeze you in. I always leave wondering if it was worth it.

Dr. Scheller is a good doctor with good bed side manners. However, her receptionist (or whoever answers the phones) is absolutely terrible! She is a rude woman with no manners and the worst attitude when you call to schedule appointments or call to ask about a charge left by the doctors. A little help or advice would be much appreciated rather than a snarky tone and disgusting attitude! It is so bad that I am going to change to a new OBGYN because I do not want to deal with that front desk!

I like Dr Scheller but am so disappointed with her office manager Colleen's behavior and attitude. There was a mix up with my insurance, and it was an error on the part of the insurance company but through the process of clarifying the mix up Colleen was super curt, to the point of being rude, she had a very condescending tone and I would definitely not recommend this practice because of the service provided by the staff!

Dr Scheller is worth the wait! She is calm, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was seeing the same gynecologist for 30 years and wish I left his practice sooner. I plan to go back for an appointment on nutrition, I believe she has a certificate in that area as well.

Now I understand why I had to wait 3 months for an appointment for a well visit. She's honestly one of the best Gynecologists I have ever been to. She's patient, thorough, listens to your concerns and takes her time with patients. Highly recommended!

Dr. Scheller is the best of the best! She's professional, calming and focuses on listening to her patients! During the consultation the patient will feel like they are her only patient because she truly focuses her attention to their needs. She's organized and well informed. If a patient is worried, she will not only ensure that the patient leaves her office no longer worried and well informed but if she recommends them to see another provider she will only send then to the best!
