Love Dr Ivey. Hate the experience with over an hour wait times in the lobby. Poor communication on billing. Phones not being answered and seems understaffed. Needs a better scheduling plan. Wait times should not be well over an hour then more time in the room. After 5+ years, I am finding a new PCP. Also, sometimes medicines are forgotten to submit to be ordered. Or tests not done for Thyroid because some weird insurance changes (she is penalized for ordering too many tests). Something is wrong with my levels and I have to wait another 6 months to be tested? Are you kidding?

Dr. Ivey is a great doctor, but has a TERRIBLE team which makes all the difference. Her office staff is terrible at answering the phone or returning calls and her billing department is the worst I have ever experienced. They double charged us $85 for an appointment and then kept threatening to send us to collections for the next $30 appointment when we had told them multiple times to just use the extra money we had paid them. Most frustrating experience ever!

My first visit, I was pleased with Dr. Ivey. I liked her staff just fine too. But she shared what I thought was private information with my insurance, causing them to refuse to pay for a procedure that they already had said they would pay a percentage of. I'm $1800 poorer now. Thanks a lot. I won't go back.

Dr. Ivey is very nice and seems to take great care in understanding her patients issues. However, her patient book is apparently extremely large for such a small practice causing service to suffer. Getting return calls is hit and miss and expect to wait up to 2 hours or more in the waiting room when you arrive on time for your appointment. Otherwise, a good doctor but if you have to go out of your way to get service via repeated phone calls, etc. it isn't practical enough to be useful.

Dr. Ivey is an awesome doctor. She takes her time with her patients and explains things very well. The staff is very nice as well. Libby at the front desk was super helpful, and the 2 nurses I met (Bernice and Jessica) were sweet and patient. The only thing is you need to plan on being there for quite a while. I personally don't mind, but if you're in a hurry beware! I arrived at 8am for my 820am appointment and didn't see the Dr until about 920 and didn't leave until almost 10. Just a heads up
