Dr. Torre was respectful, attentive and a great listener. She took my pain seriously and I am grateful for all the work she has done for me. She was also very comfortable to talk to and asked probing questions that helped get to the bottom of what was wrong with me. I did 2 procedures with her: a colonoscopy and endoscopy without any problems.

Dr. Morgan is an excellent physcian & a lovely person. She took care of me exceptionally well. She explained my condition & put my fears to rest. A previous gastro that I had was bordering on inept. He was not up to date with newer guidelines & meds. Making things difficult for me to go into remission. Dr. Morgan remedied all that. I have sinced moved to Fl. & hope my new Dr. is as good.as Dr. Morgan. I will miss her & Mt.Auburn..
Somerville, MA |
Most of the staff is cold and robotic. The instructions for colonoscopy prep were not well organized and incomplete. Day of procedure: It was freezing and all I had on were two thin hospital gowns and a thin cotton blanket. I asked Nancy for another blanket and she refused, saying it would be in the way. I was in PAIN during most of the procedure. I remember crying out and Dr. Morgan just telling me to breathe. She promised copies of paperwork but I never got it. The procedure felt rushed.

Bedside manner was extremely poor. Kept me waiting hours for a routine colonoscopy. Did not respond to follow up phone calls in a professional manner. I do not recommend this doctor. Will not go back.
in Worcester, MA |
Upon taking my second dose of prep for a morning colonoscopy I began vomiting (a lot) before it began working. I arrived dizzy, nauseated, with a pounding headache and was immediately given a bed and fluids to rehydrate. Dr. Morgan came and spoke me to and determined I wasn't prepped enough to have colonoscopy then, but would fit me in next day, since I was halfway there with prep. Everyone was kind, accommodating, and attentive. Dr. Morgan was very understanding and explained everything. A+

While Dr. Morgan is a wonderful person and doctor, it is impossible to get an appointment with her that is not months away. Therefore, she is not an appropriate doctor for any kind of emergency. Also, after you see her at your appointment, she does not schedule follow up appointments. Therefore, if her advice does not cure your problem, you again have to wait months to see her again. Very frustrating!
