Patient Comments (3)
Flushing, NY |
He is not patient when patron consulting him. He is very rude. When he came to talk to the patient, he just asked how old the patient was and then said the pain was normal for such ages without further checking the patient. He just said: "Go" when he asked the patient to leave the room. When he was asked the next step, he said he would order the MRI. More than one month passed and we still haven't heard anything from him.

I had knee surgery with Dr. Quach in June and could not have been more assured with my treatment. He explained my condition, treatment and mapped out my recovery, and made me feel quite confident going into my 1st surgery. The staff is very friendly and the office (Horace Harding) is very clean and comfortable. The only drawback I could list is the practice is very busy - so there can be some wait time and getting a last minute appt can be tough - but for good reason. Dr. Quach is excellent.
in Astoria, NY |
Today Friday June 17, 2016 I called to make an appointment with Dr. Quach but I had the worst appointment scheduling ecperince in my life. After they answered I told the lady that I got my Hip MRI done and need to see hip specialist and I will be traveling on June 29th so she could give an earlier appointment if there is availabilty.. She said ne needed my information first which doesn't make sense but I tried my best to give her the information which had taken me about 18 minutes.
