I had a very high PSA and was waiting to find out if I had cancer. My appointment with Dr. Pinson was cancelled by him 4 time amounting to almost a 2 month delay in getting my results. These cancellations always happened a day or two before my appointment. Finally, I changed doctors and was able to get an appointment quickly and within a week had the results. Plus, when my last appointment was rescheduled by Dr. Pinson's staff, I asked the nurse if I needed to get a new PSA test a week before my appointment. She said she did not know, but assured me that she would find out and call me back. Never happened.

Dr. Pinson was professional, compassionate and very informative. I was impressed with his staff as well. Dr. Pinson took the time to listen to me and was willing to answer my questions. He also provided me with written literature that explained my condition. I ended up with having an office procedure. Dr. Pinson explained each step of the procedure. I highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with Dr. Pinson, as well as his staff. I was very nervous never having gone to a urologist before & was worried about his answer to my problem. I left feeling much better about my worries due to his calmness and great explanation. If my problem gets worse, he will be my doctor of choice.

Dr. Pinson accepted my mother as a new patient, diagnosed her problem and corrected it with amazing accuracy and speed, all while demonstrating an informative and caring bedside manner.
The remedy involved an invasive procedure and Dr. Pinson performed with great skill. Her recovery has been as smooth as silk. My family is grateful for Dr. Pinson, his office staff and the sweet nurses who cared for our mother during her procedure.

Been with Dr. Pinson 20 years. He discovered by bladder cancer, the reason I'm still here. He talks to you in plain language, answers all your questions. I am originally from New York City they don't have a Dr. Pinson. God Bless Dr. Pinson

I did not feel as if my voice was being heard. I have struggled with pain first over 9 months and just wanted some relief. I wanted different and healthier options than what wasn’t offered but i was basically told “you either do this treatment or you suffer.” He is not up to date on the most recent research based methods and they are very heavily pharmaceutical based. I am young and I was told nothing prescribed was safe during pregnancy and I would just have to see an OBGYN if I conceived.

Got a vasectomy a year and a half ago. Had excruciating pain immediately after, went to the hospital and they told me it was most likely nerve damage because absolutely everything else checked out. Went back to Dr. Pinson for fmla paperwork to be signed and he wouldn’t sign anything or help me out with the paperwork so I could continue to see doctors for this issue without losing my job yet expects me to see a specialist before he will sign anything. He obviously doesn’t care about his patients
