As of today my wife has had cataracts removed from both her eyes. While Dr. Starck delivers superior results, his office is very insensitive and uncaring of patients time when it comes to scheduling surgery times. My wife had the surgery about 6 months ago. She was instructed to not eat or drink, starting from the night before the operation, which she did. The operation was not performed until about 5 pm, 24 hours later with no food or drink. Dr. Starcks staff stated that they had no control over the...more

Doctor is good, service is terrible. Staff meetings take priority over patient appointments. Always have to wait at least 45 min before I get called. Confirmed appointment, here on time only to find that they have a staff meeting that lasts at least 39 min after my scheduled appointment.

I could have started forest fires with my glasses I was so nearsighted. I have a scleral buckle on my left eye. I had a cataract.
