I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, Dr Duncan is the best. He has no problem calling you personally to check up on your status. He is very caring. I love how low key he is. He never over tests or over medicates. He lets his patients have a huge say in their own healthcare.

Love this doctor. He gives you the time and attention that is necessary to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I always appreciate that I am given the same time the patient before and after me receives. Also, the office is very accommodating and works me in when necessary!!

Dr Duncan reminds me of the type of doctor who used to do house calls. He does not get rushed, he takes all the time to talk to you in a calm manner. He really listens to what you have to say and bases his treatments on what you mutually agree to. Not a hurried rushedd take it or leave it attitude. I have been going to him for many years and will not change.

I've been going to Dr. Duncan for 3 years now. I'm very satisfied with the service I recieve from Dr. Duncan and his staff. The office is clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Duncan listens too his patients and is willing to let you participate in your care. In other words, he doesn't have a God complex as many physicians do. It's very refreshing. The wait time is reasonable to very little. He spends as much time with you as you need him to. I've never felt rushed.

I am honestly quite surprised at the high ratings that Dr. Duncan has on this site. If you are looking for a dr/nurse team that you have to repeatedly call over several days to get any response this is your place. They have run me out of my medicine 4 times as it takes at least 4-5 days for a response from the nurse/dr - for anything. Was told 6 days after requesting a refill that I would need to schedule an appt first, leaving me with no medicine yet again. Completely unacceptable care.
