He appeared not so friendly. When I said I had few symptoms. He said he can only diagnose one and he asked me to choose from that I have never had such experience with any doctors before.

Dr Yao needs improvement in his bedside manner. He sounded so condescending when I saw him at the urgent care. I am sure his clinical skills and knowledge are fine, but he made me felt very uncomfortable. The way he talked sounded as you know nothing and again condescending is the best...Read More
