I know that it is not Dr Smith's job to schedule appointments. Nevertheless my problem is with the office staff at the Eye Institute, and I cannot email them directly. I have an appointment card stating very plainly that I had an appointment this afternoon (April 4, 2016) at 1.30 pm. I showed up at 1.25 pm, waited 15 minutes, and was told no. your appointment is for 2 May. No apologies, of course; rather the suggestion you are too old and stupid to know any better. Very insulting
