I believe a doctor should help his or her patients take charge over their own care. I'm here to facilitate each of my patients as they get back to health. I'll stay by them working at it until they're satisfied that together, we've done all we can to meet their goals. During my career I've helped thousands of people return to their sports, activities, and lives in the same or better shape than they wanted. In most cases that requires physical therapy, rest, medication, injections, or activity changes. In only some cases it requires surgery. I make sure to start most patients on conservative therapies before considering surgical solutions, something I learned in my medical training and have seen work very effectively ever since.Read more

Dr. Shrader Says:
Your feedback is welcome! It helps me know where my staff and I can improve or if we're doing a great job like we're supposed to. Please do understand that wait times can sometimes be long, especially late in the morning or afternoon. I take the time needed with each patient, and it doesn't always work out exactly to the scheduled appointment times. I'll do you the same courtesy when it's your turn.
