It has been a year and I still can’t stand long enough to take a shower, can’t stand to fix my own dinner, have to have a walker to get around. While having back surgery Dr Shank drop a screw punctured blood vessel lost 650cc blood. Had to have a unit of blood. Found this out from the Nurse in CCU, not from Dr Shank he played if off that I lost 250cc blood. Two week after surgery went to 1st appointment, saw he NP not him. Next appointment...more

I trusted this doctor and had spinal surgery only to be in more pain than ever. He is very rude along with his staff. I made a complaint agaist him with the hospital he worked for in Louisville KY! I would never recommend him. Wished I had gone to another doctor.
