Dr. Magro is a rare breed. He is passionate about what he does, and he operates from a a place of profound and genuine concern for the patients he serves. He practices by the rule book, yet flexible. Great great doctor. Highly recommended!

Dr. Magro himself is great. I would recommend him to anyone. But, for the love of GOD, PLEASE GET RID OF CARMEN. His medical assistant does not return phone calls. I've had a reaction to my anxiety medicine that I have left messages twice about. I went in for an appointment, and she overlapped the times causing a new patient to take my appointment and I was left without one. All she told me was to lower my dose until my body is comfortable with it. It's been close to a month. Horrible.
I have to agree with the other patient that left a review of Dr. Magro. Dr. Magro is great but the office staff overall is horrible. On more than one occasion the assistant has either not returned my phone call at all or taken longer than a week to call. I'm only writing this in hopes that Dr. Magro will see this and understand that it's a problem for every patient, not just a couple of complaints.

dr. magro is an excellent physician. However his office has some very serious issues.I have never dealt with a doctor's office where you have to leave a message and hope someone calls you back in the 24 hour period Allowed.also his medical assistant is awful.if you have to reschedule an appointmentgood luck getting your prescription written. more than once I have been left without medicine over the weekend even though she had over two days to get it done.the incompetence is mind-boggling
