Dr Cook is not only an excellent surgeon, he is also very down to Earth. Do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with him. As a patient of his, the process of getting better has been a very positive experience. He takes the time to adequetely talk with you as opposed to most doctors who always seem rushed. Finding a doctor who is both respectfully professional and genuinely compassionate isn't easy, Dr Cook is both. I have no regrets letting him treat my ailment. :)

I have been to orthopedic practices where I live and wither they whisk you in and out or you have problems scheduling appointments. Dr Cook was recommended to me and I am glad I saw him. Dr Cook spent time with me and explained my X-rays and the procedure he was recommending. He performed my spinal fusion surgery. I am not in the excruciating pain I was before and feel 100% better. Would highly recommend him

Had Laminectomy, Dr. Cook performed the surgery, in and out the same day, no pain or discomfort the day after surgery, Very professional with a great demeanor. His staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Very pleased with the outcome.

Dr. Cook is an excellent surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone. I had full recovery after my fusion. I feel like a new person.

Dr. Cook is one of the worst Doctors I have ever had an encounter with. I was a patient of his for 3 weeks. He gave me an epidural that crippled me permanently. He is not a qualified surgeon to open up people for anything. His bed side manners and attitude was the worst ever. See him at your own risk. I suggest not to see an incompetent Doctor as he is!!!

I have recently been through a life changing event. The kind you look back and say " is this truly happening to me?" Dr. Cook is not only the only surgeon I trust with my back but isthe best and has stood by me. I always feel I am his main concern. His knowledge and caring is only matched by that of his staff. Heide his assistant is an angel on top of it all. I will not use my name as I continue care with the practice. From the front door until check out I am treated like family. Namaste
