This group is one of the most comprehensive and responsive medical organizations I've run across in my many (over 60) years of receiving medical treatment. Both the prep work, a detailed set of questions asked of me and the responsiveness of the staff to questions I had, were well and above good, but rather superb. AND, Dr. Sowerby was able to detect some prior faulty diagnosis and treatment plans made by my previous Gastroenterologist. Anyone who wants an exceptionally skilled Doc, who works in an extremely well run and professional organization, should feel that this is THE place to go to for the best medical support

My July 22, 2020 visit was the latest of my scheduled 5 year colonoscopy appointment cycles as well as a first time endoscopy to look for any problems associated with my recent experiences with GERD. Again, I have found Dr. Sowerby and his staff to be absolutely first rate professionals. Additional kudos for the care and covid infection prevention measures taken beginning with the wonderful folks at reception right up to my discharge from the facility. As mentioned by earlier reviewers I also appreciate the efficiency and timeliness with which my appointment was set up, the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, the informational thoroughness regarding preparation for the procedure(s) itself, and the overall skills of all involved.

Due to a family history of colon cancer, I undergo regular monitoring via colonoscopies. I visited Dr. Sowerby in Feb 2020 for my third one since turning age 40. The entire process could not have been easier or more pleasant. From the initial contacts with his staff, arranging the appointment, confirming medical history, receipt of instructions for prep, and the procedure itself, everyone did a fantastic job. Excellent bedside manner for Dr. Sowerby, nurse, and anesthesiologist. Sedation was perfect. I had several polyps removed and received prompt report that all were benign within one week. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Sowerby! Many thanks to him and his staff!

I first had a procedure done by another doctor in his clinic. Then I had a procedure done by Dr Sowerby. When I called for an appointment to see any doctor regarding a medical issue I was told I could NOT see another doctor since I had chosen Dr Sowerby who was going on vacation until the end of March. What kind of medical service is that! Poor in my opinion

Dr. Sowersby is extremely professional and very patient. He took his time and listened to all of my issues, and then followed up with pertinent questions and explanations as to why he needed additional information. He even takes the time out to write down (on a real piece of paper) instructions for medications and other information to remind his patients what to do. Additionally, his staff is extremely efficient. All calls are returned in a timely manner with clear instructions.
