Frisco., TX |
Terrible experience. They dropped the ball with an infection above my eye which was staph. They didn't call with the results of the test that I asked to run as they were essentially doing nothing for me. Two weeks later, I called for my results, which Quest Labs had already emailed me a week prior. one person said they hadn't received them. Another said they had partial. They sent the culture to a lab that wasn't in my network either. My primary care physician ended up treating this condition.

My husband and I have raised four children and lived in four states -- a lot of dermatologists. Our experience with Dr Rodgers and his outstanding staff has been exceptional. He is kind, professional and knowledgable. My two sons who still live in the state are also patients. We are happy to recommend this practice
