SEEN HIM FOR A SECOND OPINION. HE TOOK HIS TIME WITH ME MAKING SURE I UNDERSTOOD WHAT EXACTLY WAS GOING ON WITH MY NECK. EXPLAINED ALL MY OPTIONS THAT I HAVE.
