I saw Dr. Payne in the Lemont,IL. facility. I had damaged my knee playing sports which felt like something was torn to me. He refused to order an MRI for me and insisted on an X-ray. No bone damage, told me it was probably a meniscus injury that could heal on its own??? I have since seen another MD. who has confirmed multiple tears to my meniscus and possible ACL Damage . I wish I had never seen this doctor.

I took my daughter to see Payne as she was experiencing horrible pain in her back, unable to stand straight or walk without a cane. Within minutes of the office visit he dismissed her symptoms as a muscle spasm. No xrays nor MRIs were ordered yet facilities were down the hall in his office. For a month my daughter suffered horrendous pain. Had he exercise a professional standard of care and took an x-ray he would have seen a life threatening staph infection in her spine. He never followed up
