Dr. Miller exceeded my expectations not only with the outcome of my operation but his bedside manner. Surgery is always scary but he made me feel optimistic and excited and for that I'm grateful for such an amazing Doctor.

I had surgery on my low back with Dr. miller for severely compressed nerves in my lumbar region. I woke up from surgery with no pain in my legs and my strength is improving. The staff at Marcus Neuroscience institute is amazing and I received excellent care!

I was referred to Dr. Miller from my pain management doctor. He sent me immediately to Boca Regional to see Dr. Miller. He was away on the Easter holiday and when he arrived Monday, he came directly in to see me to discuss what our plan was. I am big on bed side manner with doctors. He was kind and explained everything and I felt immediately comfortable. I would definitely refer anyone I know with back issues to him. Its hard to find a good surgeon who will speak to you in plain English. Dr. Miller did that.

Dr. Miller got me back on my feet in one day after I was unable to walk, sit, or stand for a month. He gave me my life and dignity back. He listens and truly cares about his patients. A breath of fresh air in today's frantic paced world. He and his staff are, in my humble opinion, the best in the business.

Patient experience: I understand Dr. Miller is a doctor/surgeon, and that some may say, well it is his job so please let me go on to continue to explain. Dr. Miller knew that I was in position deciding when to return to work but at the same time wanted to be present for my mom. Dr. Miller let me know when it was OK to leave and promised to keep me informed and advise if I should return at any time. He kept his word and went over and beyond.

I really could not believe it. I went to see Dr. Miller with excruciating back pain after a fall. He took me to have surgery the next day and I woke up with no pain and only two tiny little cuts in my back. I was able to walk again the same day. He even called me two days after surgery just to see how I was doing. I am very happy!

What I liked best about Dr. Miller is that he did not recommend surgery right away. Instead, he took the time to explain everything to me and gave me some options other than surgery. He spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. The office was very nice and I was able to get in and out easily. Very highly recommended!

I met Dr. Miller when I went to Duke for trigeminal neuralgia. He was extremely knowledgeable about face pain and explained everything to me and my wife, and spent about 45 minutes with us during initial consultation. He was able to explain why many of the treatments I had already tried had failed. I had a DREZ procedure in September and now my pain is almost completely gone. There were no complications with surgery, and I was able to leave the hospital after 2 days.
