About Me

Care Philosophy

I see every patient as a unique individual that carries with them many other factors than the problem for which they are presenting. By getting to know them as humans instead of just numbers I am better equipped to take care of them.

It turned out to be a staph infection, but Loughran didn't even look at it or culture it. Never ever going...Read More

I have just started coming to see Dr Loughran and he was very good. My blood pressure was elevated and suggested I start tracking it, and good thing I did. I needed to go to the ER and if it weren't for Dr Loughran, I may not be writing this referral. I am now on blood pressure meds and working on...Read More
