Dr. Jacob did a great job on my umbilical hernia surgery. My hernia had become incarcerated. ER doctor at Passavant was able to get it unstrangulated. ER doctor said he was going to call Dr Jacob who he said "if I were getting hernia surgery that's who I'd have". About 45 minutes later Dr...Read More

Back in April 2017 my husband faced a possibly serious situation when his abdominal hernia bulged out and became incarcerated. We were so lucky to arrive at UPMC Passavant and have Dr. Jacob on call.
