went in for an ear ache and they gave me a hearing test (I thought was just part of the visit) got a bill in the mail a couple weeks later for almost $600. I had not requested a hearing test thought it was what they did for my visit. felt like they should of discussed this being so much and my insurance not paying for it instead of tricking me into getting it done, they didnt ask me if I wanted it just took me to this room and did it and than charged me extra for this when in reality it was for an ear ache (the visit was set up for NOT a hearing test) so you can see why I thought it was part of the visit. I hate doctors who don't TELL YOU its an extra charge for a test like that and NOT required for the doctor to look at your ear. be careful of these guys they will get ya for things and not let you know your insurance wont cover it and it isn't necessary to determine why my ear was hurting. and of course I needed hearing aides they said which would be over $3000 so yea I question

A small town DOC whose staff really doesn't seem to care about patients in need of relief. You are routed to a voice mail system and never get a return call. Now that may be the fault of the Assistant or whoever, or perhaps the fault of the DOC for a staff that has no EMPATHY for someone in need.

His office staff will take a month to get authorization for a routine diagnostic test that doesn’t require any authorization at all. They won’t even bother to call your insurance to find that you can get the test done immediately. Expect them to drag their feet and not take your health seriously.

Both my kids have had their tonsils taken out by Dr. Frost. Both had a good experience and have missed a lot less school days since. They were always getting sick! The office staff are all very caring and appointments are relatively easy to get. I had a few questions after one of my kids surgery and these were answered in a prompt manner.

Experienced and competent. Recently performed in in office balloon sinuplasty with most excellent results. My sinuses have not felt this good in 40 years. No problems with insurance. Follow up was great. Nothing but praise for his training, experience, talents, communication, and availability. He is in the top tier of ENT specialists!

I was experiencing recurring sinus infections, and I was also prone to allergies which was compounding my problems. Dr. Frost suggested opening my sinus drainage points with surgery. I agreed with his prognosis, for two other Doctors have told me the same thing, but the surgery wasn't an option when I was under their care. Today I sleep better I still get a little neck pain, but with a little persuasion and irrigation my sinuses drain in minutes instead of hours. I couldn't be any happier.

I went to Dr. Frost in regards to my sinus disease, which I have had for a few years. After receiving antibiotics for several months with no improvement he recommended a balloon sinuplasty, which I had performed in the office under sedation. I was totally unaware as to what was going on and after just several weeks I am feeling SO much better.
