Although I feel Dr Bert may be a skilled surgeon, I wouldn't consider using him again due to the lack of communication from this office: no follow up call post surgery, NO phone calls returned, showed up for a scheduled app't only to be told his schedule was changed and didn't I "receive a letter" informing me of the change. After a conversation with the office manager in regards to the lack of communication, she promised to get back to me, which never happened nor did she return my 2 v.m.
