Dr. Bax takes time to explain, answer questions and is an excellent surgeon. He is generous with his time and knowledge. I had a successful surgical result and always feel heard and cared for.

This is an old fashioned, top down, "sit down and shut up" practice. Evidently no one on the staff was trained regarding patient centered care. Nursing staff and even nursing supervisor will not return phone calls. No information for two weeks after my appointments.
