This doctor told my husband that he didn't have Parkinson's and that he didn't need to take the medication, but that he would prescribe it anyway to make him feel better. So, of course, thinking it was all in his head, my husband tried to go without his medication, causing some pretty bad consequences considering the DAT scan came back later confirming that he does, in fact, have Parkinson's. He is a very condescending doctor that we wouldn't recommend at all.

This doctor should be avoided. He has the worst patient care skills. He promised my parents false hope that my Mom would be cured of Parkinson's Disease but taking mega doses of a Parkinson's medication. He was condescending and arrogant. The end result was that she was unable to sleep and she ended up having mini strokes. Proceed with caution.

Avoid this doctor at all costs. His diagnosis was completely incorrect. He did no testing at all. Very rude and judgemental.

My wife and I visited this doctor in hopes of receiving a thoughtful 2nd opinion for my wife's possible MS. She's basically non-functional at this point w/daily pain. He skimmed carelessly over the previous doctor notes and test results. He said that we should stop "obsessing" over a diagnosis and just treat symptoms. He majored on minor things, as though he needed to dispel our misconceptions. He was rude and disrespectful. My wife ended up in tears. Stay away unless you want to be diminished.

This doctor misdiagnosed my PD for over two years. He said it was another movement disorder , even though test results came back negative! I had a DAT scan in Dec, and the results confirmed Parkinsons Disease. He is extremely rude, arrogant and downplays any symptoms I have, even to the point of calling me a liar. I have waited over two hours for an office visit, he takes over a week to submit perscription refills. This doctor has no compassion for his patients and I would not recommend him !!

My father was a patient of Dr. Subramanian for years for Parkinson's Disease. He went to see Dr. Subramanian because he was feeling excessively tired and weak. The Dr. walked in the room, was rude and condescending, and told my father he was depressed-no vitals taken, no observation that he was clearly in distress. My father died 12 days after the depression diagnosis-from cancer. My father brought up his symptoms many times and was ignored. Think carefully before using this doctor.
