Bangor, PA |
Dr. Willcox was of no help to me at all. When I told him about having reactive tinnitus, ear aches and pain in my eye, he became visibly disturbed and abuseive. He actually walked out of the room. In addition, he stated in his summary to the doctor that referred me to him that I denied contact with ototoxins. I did not deny it, in fact I provdied him with a list of prescription drugs given to me when my vertigo and tinnitus strated. The ear drop I was given contained 3 ototoxins.

Quite frankly, Dr. Wilcox gave me my life back. I have Meniere's Disease and was having daily attacks of vertigo, multiple times a day. Dr.Wilcox made sure I understood my condition and my treatment options. There is a measure of anxiety that this condition creates. Dr. Wilcox was informative, concise and understanding. He is not a warm and fuzzy doctor, but the compassion is there.

Not Worth The Co-Pay.
Philadelphia, PA |
My appointment was a complete waste of time. Dr. Wilcox looked in my ears and basically said they were fine. I explained all of the discomfort and symptoms I was having and he was dismissive. He was also literally trying to walk out of the room the whole time I was talking to him and asking questions. He obviously had no interest in helping me.
Warrington, PA |
Pompous and very unprofessional
Exton, PA |
Dr. Wilcox performed my stapedectomy in 2014. I went back to him with some concerns I was having with excessive noise, pinging sound in ear, along with extreme sensitivity. He seemed quite annoyed by my complaints and dismissed me as though I was inconveniencing him with my problems. He offered no solutions, except to get an ear plug for the loudness, even though I told him putting anything in my ear is umcomfotable. I will now have to look for another doctor to help me. Very disappointed!

Have seen Dr Wilcox for about 7 years. He is an excellent doctor
in Vineland, NJ |
Dr Willcox has a great support staff and very nice facility to see his patients. He explained the results of my hearing test and explained all options I could chose to improve my condition. It was well worth the hour drive.
in Marlton, NJ |
I found him to be caring and thorough throughout my surgical process.
