He is an excellent retina doctor with superb training and experience. He found a retina problem that others missed and saved me from going blind in that eye.

He performed some kind of laser procedure for blood vessels on my 93 year old mother( which she said was painful); and my mother could never see well again after this! He never communicated to my family and there was no follow-up! I think that he botched the procedure!

Mr. Zering never presented himself to me or my office concerning his mother's care. The procedure he spoke of was never intended to improve her vision but to decrease the pressure in her eye. Our intended goal was accomplished. At that time she was referred back to her general ophthalmologist for continued care. I think it is unfortunate that Mr. Zering felt compelled to give me a poor rating without first attempting to have conversation with myself or my office.
