The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in a physicians office. While the ladies behind the desk were quite pleasant, the office manager I was forced to speak with was abrasive, rude, and condescending. I think she didn’t believe I have the level of coverage that I do. I believe she made an assumption about my coverage and then wouldn’t back down from that, or even check. I verified my coverage an hour before my visit and was assured ACROSS THE BOARD, I am covered 100% on injectables. I was forced to pay $485 dollars out-of-pocket, which I did, and then was confronted 30 minutes later in the waiting room by the same woman who wanted to assure me that she was right and this has already been explained to me and they have the “best prices around. “ I asked for a refund, said I was going somewhere else and was told “good luck”. I was then made to wait another 30 minutes while she disappeared into her office, leaving my card and ID on the reception desk in front me.

Dr Trumble is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. We have seen him twice in the last 3 years. Most recently, for our 12 year old son for a complicated broken wrist from a mountain biking accident. We bypassed the emergency room and went directly to his office for treatment. Dr Trumble and his team are incredible.

I can't believe the level of care that Dr Trumble and his staff has. Dr Trumble is very clear about what needs to be done and does it with great care and precision. I've had many surgeries and have never had this quality of care. My hand was trash, he did 5 procedures in one surgery and I can't believe how well my hand works. Prior to Dr Trumble's surgery, a different doctor at another facility only made things worse and wanted to fuse my thumb. With Dr Trumble, I now have full use of my hand. Can't thank him enough. And his staff and in house physical therapy are exceptional.

I feel so truly fortunate to have Dr. Thomas Trumble as my surgeon. Dr Trumble and his staff set a new standard of treatment in addressing the multifaceted complexities that come with so many different intricate types of hand and arm surgery. Dr Trumble’s pioneering techniques have provided precious hope to so many patients like myself. I am an artist that depends on the use and dexterity of my hands not just my lively hood, but my lifelong passion. He used his exemplary skills and knowledge mixed with no nonsense tough love to guide Ime through a very tough surgery and healing process. (trust me... I am not an easy patient) There is an energy and confidence that is in the room created by experience and expertise in his craft. I have great respect for Dr Trumble and his choices in staff who are always available for support. Sincerely Lisa Cricket Macey
