Most unprofessional doctor I have ever experienced. Just closed up and left all of his patients to suffer. No warning, no one to even send my records to fax to my new doctor. What kinda of professional dose this to patients????

Pushed injections when not needed to bill more. Basically abandoned his patients, cleaned out his office furniture and all , left patients with no prescriptions to even make it till they could find another MD and failed miserably as a physician.
