I can’t say enough good things about Dr Roush or his staff...he is an excellent surgeon...who takes the conservative approach to your problem and will exhaust all available options before suggesting surgery. For my low back pain that I’ve been suffering with for 14 years his non surgical approach immediately reduced my pain, almost immediately by 50-70%...it’s wonderful to have your pain reduced by this much and I owe it all to Dr Roush and his team.

Dr. Roush is amazing with an great bedside manner. He thoroughly explains everything and takes his time making you feel comfortable with procedures. I had a disc replacement and all of my Symptoms have drastically improved or disappeared. I would recommend him to anyone. However, the front desk staff in the Port St Lucie office is atrocious. They are rude, they work every slowly, and they do not answer or return phone calls. I had an appointment set for 11:00 and wasn’t seen by a PA until 1:45

On October 26, 2017 around 12:55 I called to confirm this was Dr. Roush office and this is the worst attitude answering service I have ever come across. She then paused and wouldn't answer me and I had to say hello a few times for her to even respond with a nasty attitued

Waited for over an hour in the waiting room, then went to exam room for 25 minutes. His PA came in, asked a few questions, took my films and left. About 10 minutes later, I heard the PA and someone talking outside the room. 5 minutes later the doctor came in, told me I needed a 2 level ACDF and asked when I wanted to do it. No discussion about alternatives or other remedies. When I said I didn't want surgery, he said permanent nerve damage and I was risking paralysis if I didn't do surgery.

I liked the drs. But i am in just as much pain now as i was before the surgery and noone will even look at me due to my insurance not wanting to cover this as it was from a car accident. I cant straighted if i try to bend over. I need help up all the time. I cant sit or be on my feet for more then 30 minutes without having to try to move or sit down. I can no longer work since the 2 back surgeries. First one got an infection causing me to need fusion surgery but its no different.
