The absolute BEST Pain management Dr. I could ever have. Extremely compassionate, cares about his patients, will go out of his way to help you. Just al all around AMAZING Dr. Would never go to anyone else! Although the wait time has always been and will always be an issue, he is worth the wait. It should tell you something when you have so many people needing to see the BEST..sometimes you have a wait, he wants to help everyone he can.

Feels like i'm on a assembly line. Dr doesn't have time to discuss problems or fixes. Nurse runs interference for him so he's not bothered. Very impersonal and standoffish. Got my series of 3 shots, didn't work. Looking for a more one on one Doctor now.

Dr. Ratino is fine - it is his staff that are lacking. They do not listen or pay attention to detail and are not interested in helping patients. have called refill in to wrong pharmacy and this time they haven't called it in at all - have left messages the last two days for them with no result. Will ask my PCP to provide pain meds. I do wonder if I need to report this to the DEA - where is this prescription??
