Dr Raimondo is a wonderful, caring Dr. He spends time with you going over everything with you, your test results, treatment options, what to expect in treatment. A very down to earth kind-hearted doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. *Important Note* When you're going for your appointment there is always a long wait time, between 2-3hr wait time but it's because he won't let his patients leave until you understand everything that's going on with your health and treatment.

When you have a top Doc who is extremely busy and spends quality time with his patients, you have to know that the staff is just as busy. You may have to have a little patience and make some concessions but it is well worth it - because you're in the best of hands. My experience with his staff has been excellent, most times I feel they go over and above.

Dr. Raimondo is an excellent pulmonary specialist. However, his receptionist is inefficient , never ever answers the phone , and for three messages I left , she never responded . Unfortunately I have to transfer my records to another doctor .

Nice doctor listen well and does his best to get to the problem th a t you are having but his staff are the worst they can be sitting right there and you know there open till 10:00 pm and they never answer the phone so you can make an appointment with the doctor they are hurting his reputation as a doctor in the worst way I waited 3 days for someone to return my call so I could make an appointment and when they did decide to call me back they called on day 3 at 9:52 pm this is not acceptable in
