What People Say About Dr. Thomas Pohlman, MD
Reply
My mother has been a patient of Dr. Pohlmann for approximately 4 years. My family feels strongly she is alive today because of him. He is her Nephrologist but also oversees every aspect of her health. He is the most knowledgeable, thorough, caring doctor we've ever met. Sometimes we wait to see him, but it is only due to all of these qualities. He never makes a patient feel he is rushed. I HIGHLY recommend him. His staff, especially the receptionist and his assistant, Mary Ann, are terrific.

I have been seeing Dr. Pohlman since about 2008. He spends a remarkable of time with each patient. He sees patients in the hospital starting before 7 a.m. Then he ends his typical day by seeing more patients in the hospital (as late as 8 or 9 at night sometimes). In between, he sees patients at his St. Luke's office and at the Creve Coeur dialysis center. There is not a more dedicated physician, period. extremely knowledgeable nephrologist and internal medicine system of systems. Brilliant.
