The entire staff; especially Kim my attending nurse, we’re over the top nice and attentive. Dr. Palmer visited before the procedure and after. He addressed all my concern and took ample time to answer any questions I had. My GI TECH was extremely caring a nice. Great group of people.

My visit with Dr Palmer was great! He showed he was concerned about my health needs. Was concerned with my past history and is willing to care for my health in the future. I was very pleased with his professionalism and mostly his concern for my health. He really listed to what my concerns was and made plans to take care of them. I could not have asked for any better visit.

First, and only, time visit. Everyone I met was professional, courteous and friendly. After meeting and talking with Dr. Palmer, I was very pleased with his demeanor, professionalism, HONESTY and analogy of my problem...I had total confidence in having him as my doctor. THEN...time to schedule procedure...I was informed that I MUST TAKE a COVID TEST. I refused and will always refuse that evil. I left his office. Next day, I called his scheduler, Nicki, and asked her that when the COVID TEST was no longer required for treatment, please call me and I will gladly schedule the procedure. At this point...end of story.

Dr Palmer is awesome. GI doc isn't exactly somewhere you want to go at a young age. But he's really chill, easy to talk to, nice guy, and clearly knows his stuff. He cut right to it and (unlike a lot of doctors) doesn't talk down to you or make you feel uncomfortable. The office is really professional, unintimidating, and easy to work with. His scheduler/Admin is also easy to work with and explains everything well. Overall, Dallas/bigger metro area quality care in Shreveport and I was very impressed.

I can’t think of anyone that actually enjoys having to report to the doctor to have a colonoscopy. However I highly recommend Dr. Palmer. Very good at his job and extremely thorough. His staff is great despite these strange times that we are in with COVID sweeping the world, they make you feel both valued and important.

Dr. Palmer is new to this group; true asset. After a failed treatment plan with another group, Dr Palmer noticed immediately one of my prescriptions (for another condition) was exasperating my gastro disease. Within days my quality of life skyrocketed. Now we are treating my gastro condition. I am so happy with Dr. Palmer.
