Dr. Palella is very knowledgeable about Arthritis and or other related conditions. Yes, I occasionally wait to see him, I no longer stress about it, plan accordingly bring a book or iPod. We who live with Arthritis any form of it know, you do not know what to expect from one day to the next and if I am in a horrible flare unable to walk he listens and treats me, I never left feeling he did not listen and have exceeded the 15 minute time slot. The staff go above and beyond especially Anna. Thanks

Office staff is a nightmare to deal with. Dr. Palella uses humor to mask incompetency. I was happy initially, but as time went on I saw/felt the truth. Sad a really nice gentleman, but not worth a day off work to see. Average appointment length of time 6-8 hours, including waiting.

Dr Palella is amazing. Yes it's not easy to get an appointment and yes you may wait the day you see him. Dr Palella will spend as much time as needed with each patient and treats the whole patient not just a specific symptom. I've seen a few other rheumatologist and he is by far my favorite! Completely worth the wait!

A caring, compassionate and considerate doctor is hard to find--especially if you have rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Palella meets all these expectations. I've been seeing him for years and would never consider looking elsewhere. I recommend him highly.

This review is not about doctor Palella's credibility but about his office overall. When called I was put on hold for 10min and forgotten about. Finally was able to get onto appt schedule only after a month. After arriving to my appointment I was waiting for an hour to get into the room. This office and the doctor are so not respecful to other peoples time. When I asked, they were saying doctor is busy, he's behind, he'soverbooked. Only excuses. I'm sorry but all of us are busy.Disrespectful!!

My experience has been helping my daughter to get her medical records. The doctor is good. His staff and office management is horrible. She always had to wait for her appointments and sometimes hours. She switched doctors was told she had to pay for her records and it would be 30 days to get them. It is now over 60 days and we are still waiting. They are her records and she is paying for them. Release them.
